A lot of interesting designs, though I’m not sure how practical some of them are.

I like the Death Star on the water, I mean, the Hotel Full Moon.
I really like the hotel design and structure, I think it is amazing but I am not sure how well the concept and design carries forward to the build and whether it would work as a building. I also really like the sink, I think that looks really good too, I wish I had a fancy bathroom
whew, speechless..
i like the Hotel Full Moon radical skyscraper concept, i’ll be there if they really build it
i i like the Xeros - The ‘one-cup water’ washing machine concept. if this come to mass production, i’ll buy it, very eco frendly
Wow, I really want that disposable nail watch design concept thing :-D

Liked your selections till I viewed ’Corner V1 Computer Desk’. After reviewing it for a client, found it to be immho an under designed waste of space.

As for the architecture, have you guys checked out the Mayan calendar? Which will save us from ’iThink’.

It’d be nice if the nail clock had GPS capability. A simple arrow pointing the right direction.

Great fodder for the noggin.
It’s not just engineering design that has suppressed all expectations this year. Take a look at the web design industry for example, the world of computing is changing at a similar rate and I can’t help but think the age of digital media had something to do with these designs.
I think all this extravagant architecture and auto design is a complete waste. Does anyone figure in the ecological cost to actually build these things? Not that I’m a believer in eco-friendliness or anything (what’s the point? ”Man-made” global warming or no, the planet’s gonna crumble up anyway)–but all this seems like crap.
The only things I liked were the sink, nail watch, and washing machine. I mean, in my opinion, Agbar Tower looks like a giant disco dildo, and the mutant toaster is anything but elegant.
irked
the ithink is bullcrap, concept design by paul micarelli from monkeybuddha blog?
