I think the picture may have been switched. Gizmag had a picture of the actual Schwinn Tailwind as their lead story this morning and it had 26 inch wheels (and a front hub motor...). The bike in the picture looks like the AtoB folding electric bike from Ultra Motor’s that debuted at Interbike.
