But they have every right to try to keep abreast with India. And the aging F-16s do need upgradation, without which the fleet will become obsolete faster.

What I could perceive is it’s a lame answer to the N-deal. Agree to Paul fully in his stating that Pak tries to keep abreast with India.

Asmita, there is no doubt about the dual policy Pakistan had adopted since its inception. So, don’t believe what it says.
